Claudia Massa

is People and Organization Development Consultant in various business areas.
She works with companies on a partnership basis, supporting in the definition and planning of organizational needs. She is expert in implementing staff through recruitment activities or restructuring existing structures and organization processes, by means of a sound analysis of existing roles and skills as well as a company’s climate assessment, focused on preventing working stress in its different aspects. She has a sound experience in developing individual skills and competencies, motivating and deeply involving people in the achievement of company’s goals, in change management and in cultural integration. When the situation allows it, she also uses artistic methodologies and techniques for the guided development of creativity, of innovation, of cooperation and conflicts resolution. He has a Sociology University Degree and helds various Certificate and Degrees in HR and Organizational studies. Before becoming a consultant, Claudia was for more than 15 years Manger in HR Development department of leading Italian companies (TELESPAZIO and VIASAT).

Elisabetta Tesi

She has a sound experience as a manager in executive positions in both public and private areas and twenty years experience in strategic consulting, education and human resource development. As a consultant (ELEA, Ernst&Young, CapGemini) she has coordinated various organizational development, change management and innovation programs in leading multinational and italian companies. She is a senior trainer and expert in managerial development, coaching and diversity management. She built the foundations of her professional background in Elea S.p.A. where she used - as head of the Change Engineering - the main efficiency-oriented methods of learning and behavioral change in organizational management. In Olivetti she was the head of the Organization area. Partner in charge of Change Management at Ernst & Young Consultants, oversaw the development of models of expertise related to corporate strategy and performance role. In the field of Business Consulting she has been in charge as vice president of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. She holds a University Degree in Mathematics and a Master Degree in Executive and Business Coaching.
