The Client, Marketing & Sales Director in an ITC company, asked a Team Business Coaching (TBC) to improve company innovation skills and to develop  traceable processes to monitor innovation. The roadmap was focused to an Innovation Internal Team and it  lasted for 6 months, through ten  four hours sessions, in order to explore, focus and identify the action plan. Particularly “we understood what is for us the meaning of innovation “in practice”, we structured roles and a process to overlook innovation and, last but not least, we discovered the importance of enthusiasm and personal involvement when creating new ideas”. At the end, on top of hitting his own goals, the Client won  two valuable by-products: 1- positive dramatic change in corporate image driven by improved internal communication processes, 2- better involvement of young talents and Customers in  processes developing new ideas.
