The programs consists in classroom sessions for small groups (6-8 participants per trainer) and individual meetings for defining and implementing action plan for improvement. The HR Function clients are actively involved in the planning, finalizing and monitoring of the intervention and, should they be interested, can be specially trained and involved in the development of the project itself.
